if you guys are craving to play tennis against a competitive opponent or at least experience the feeling don't worry at all you don't need to be on court! today i will present u a video game which is the absolute simulation for tennis hardcore fans.

TOP SPIN 2 is a video game which is available on playstaition 2(a little bit old ha?).this game is far better than virtua tennis.in virtua tennis you have a very easy task of learning the basics.but here its a different story.

first the big difference is that therevare two risk shots used by L1 & R1 triggers.this makes it far more interesting.and believe me its not easy to master those shots.one is used for drop shots the other for flat shots.and you need to learn them if you want to beat your computer opponent in hard mode or play online.and its very tough.just like tennis it needs footwork(unfortunately the timing is not simulated well esp on flat shots)but these shots add variety to the game.

the footwork is amazing.once u pick roger and learn the footwork you feel you are ROGER FEDERER!.there are so many courts and the surfaces are natural(beating a claycourt specialist is tough on a slow surface)the element of risk shots give u the pleasure when u master a passing shot for example while your player is out of the screen and u dont see him!

unfortunately the next game on the series on xbox 360 and ps3 platforms has deleted the risk shots and is not fun anymore.

learning the basics is just like a tennis reality practice esp the top spin learning which is very tough.so if you are into games and even not into games!start playing this great game.has also a career mode where u can and of course should play in masters lower tournaments and majors.

there are the likes of federer,hewitt,kuerten,robredo .and more the characters are simulated just like themselves(the serve motion ,footwork,backhand)but beware this not like virtua tennis this is a very tough game just like the real tennis.there maybe a player next to you who makes look so easy but you cant do that unless go underway lots of practice!this gives u a lot of pleasure if u are really into tennis.u can feel yoursef on the court and playing tennis and feeling the nerves.!(i have had some 5 setters which my hands were trembling when serving) hope u enjoy it

plus i forgot to tell u this.and now i edited this part:if you choose roger as your player he has a weak backhand and a huge forehand .so you really need to escape the backhand with your footwork and use your forehand (just like the way roger does it)and thats very sweet!
