i• Ivo Karlovic and Lukasz Kubot topped Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut 6-2, 7-6(9) in 74 minutes to claim the Topshelf Open title
i• Competing in their first tournament together, the Croatian/Polish duo dropped just one set en route to the title
i• The win marks Karlovic’s second ATP World Tour doubles crown and first in more than nine years, having last prevailed with Chris Haggard in Memphis 2006
i• The title is Kubot’s 10th doubles crown in 17 finals


Kubot: "It was great. I’m thankful to Ivo that he said yes and he didn’t refuse me when I asked him to play. It was a lot of fun. I think we played good from the first match on. I hope it’s not our last tournament together
